Shipping FAQs

You can pay and complete the transaction completely online. Shipping is free within the United States and may be additional charges (usually $10-20) for International orders.

TOOLS: Our tools are always available for purchase and ship within 3 days of purchase.

CRYSTALS: We sell only by the pack, which is 1440 quantity for most sizes. We keep the crystal color in stock for the sizes 12SS, 16SS, 20SS and 30SS in both hotfix and no hotfix. These orders usually can be shipped with 2 days. We email our customers to let them know the availaibity or any delays on an order. For all the variety of colors and sizes that Swarovksi offers, wait time can vary from 3 - 21 days depending on the color and size you are looking for. We order from the Swarovski factory, so availability depends on which crystals are currently in production.
